Plasma Eye drops are used to help treat corneal surface defects and diseases. They have a soothing effect that alleviates dry eye symptoms in patients who have not had success from other available treatments. Each session yields 4-8 3 cc sterile capped syringes that can be stored in freezer for up to a year. Once thawed, store syringe in the refrigerator for up to three weeks. Patients have been reporting significant improvement in symptoms and we believe that this service is underutilized in favor of store-bought pharmaceutical grade drops that may not work as well.
